We've all heard about the "viral" series of creative. This will become more common as offline campaigns use online to support them. Here's an extremely well produced series by Jet Blue. It brands very nicely in creating a feeling of "feel good" and makes Jet Blue the "approachable" airline without making claims or expensive promises. Below are two in the series. It talks to the "CEO's" not.
